COMPASSION IN ACTION:

EDUCATION, RELIEF, AND COMMUNITY CARE

Adhika’s workshop offerings are designed to build community, celebrate Filipino heritage, and foster empowerment through culturally rooted learning experiences. From Arnis (Filipino Martial Arts) workshops that explore historical significance, self-defense, and trauma-informed movement, to wellness workshops that help Filipino newcomers to Canada connect, find support, and thrive in a new environment, these programs blend cultural education with personal growth and community building.
